Timber, Bridges, Workshop DryingCoolerIt is a type of industrial radiator. Its structure consists of the finned tube, inlet and outlet headers, and frame. The heat dissipation pipes are composed of heat pipes, which are made up of a base pipe and fins. The quality of the heat pipes determines the heat exchange efficiency, the arrangement of the heat pipes affects air resistance, and the installation method of the heat pipes determines their ability to withstand temperature differences (expansion and contraction due to temperature changes).
Common heat sink tube installation methods: Frame-mounted (SRZ type, SRL type, S type), frame-supported (GL type, U type).Frame-mounted type, the heat pipes are directly welded to the frame box, resulting in simplicity, commonly used for heat or cold media below 180℃; Frame-supported type, the heat pipes pass through the frame's porous plate and are welded to the connecting pipe (or elbow), generally used for heat media above 180℃.
Common Heat Dissipation Tube Types: Steel Heat Dissipation Tube (steel tube wrapped with steel fins, galvanized treatment), Steel-Aluminum Composite Heat Dissipation Tube (steel tube with aluminum fins), Copper Heat Dissipation Tube (copper tube wrapped with copper fins, tin-plated treatment), Copper-Aluminum Composite Heat Dissipation Tube (copper tube with aluminum fins), Stainless Steel Heat Dissipation Tube (stainless steel tube wrapped with stainless steel fins, high-frequency welding).
