Operating Principle
The working principle of the pneumatic three-way ball valve is to control the movement of the ball valve through a pneumatic actuator, thereby achieving medium transmission and control in multiple directions. The pneumatic actuator is the core component of the pneumatic three-way ball valve, responsible for converting pneumatic signals into mechanical energy to drive the rotation of the ball valve. Upon receiving a start signal, the pneumatic actuator supplies air, causing the piston within the cylinder to move back and forth. The power is then transmitted to the ball valve through the transmission mechanism, rotating it to the desired position. The ball valve body includes a ball and a valve seat, with the channel design of the ball allowing the flow direction of the fluid within the ball valve to change with the rotation of the ball, thereby enabling three-way or two-way control.
