I-1B Series Thick Slurry Pumps Product Overview:
The I-1B series thick slurry pump is a single-screw positive displacement rotary pump. It utilizes the rotation of an eccentric single helical screw within a double helical sleeve to move thick slurry along the helical groove from the suction port to the discharge port, thereby achieving the pump's conveying function.
II. Key Features of I-1B Series Thick Slurry Pumps:
1. Capable of transporting high concentration, high viscosity <10000 PaS slurry containing particles.
2. Stable fluid flow without overflow, pulsation, stirring, or shearing of slurry.
3. Pressure and speed independent; high discharge pressure can be maintained at low flow rates.
4. Flow is proportional to speed; flow regulation can be achieved through a variable speed mechanism or a speed control motor.
5. Strong self-priming capability; no need for a bottom valve, directly suctioning liquids.
6. The pump is reversible, allowing the direction of liquid flow to be changed by the rotation of the pump, suitable for applications requiring bidirectional flushing in pipelines.
7. Smooth operation, low vibration and noise.
8. Simple structure, easy for disassembly, assembly, and maintenance.
This pump is widely used in chemical, brewing, papermaking, and food industries.
Section 3: I-1B Series Thick Slurry Pumps - Structural Material Types:
I-1B Series Thick Slurry Pumps: Shell castings and drive components (main shaft, screw, and shaft-mounted) are made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, suitable for general neutral thick slurry transportation, and general acidic or alkaline slurry transportation.
I-1BF Series Thick Slurry Pumps: Both the drive components and the pump casing in contact with the slurry are made of stainless steel, suitable for conveying food, chemicals, and corrosive slurries.
Rubber bushes are available in general wear-resistant rubber, food-grade rubber, and oil-resistant rubber for customer selection.
Transmission methods include direct drive from motor to pump shaft, motor through a reducer to the pump, and motor through a V-belt pulley to the pump shaft.
Available electric motors include general enclosed, explosion-proof, and electromagnetic speed control types, along with variable speed drives and gear reducers for customer selection.
