I-1B Series Thick Slurry Pumps Product Overview:
The I-1B series thick slurry pump is a single screw reciprocating pump. It utilizes the rotation of an eccentric single screw within a double helical sleeve to move the thick slurry along the screw groove from the suction port to the discharge port, thereby achieving the pump's conveying function.
II. Key Features of I-1B Series Thick Slurry Pumps:
1. Capable of conveying high-concentration, high-viscosity suspensions up to 10,000 PaS and suspensions containing particles.
2. Stable fluid flow without overflow, pulsation, stirring, or shearing slurry phenomena.
3. Flow rate is independent of pressure and speed; high discharge pressure can be maintained even at low flow rates.
4. Flow is proportional to speed; flow adjustment can be achieved through a variable speed mechanism or a speed control motor.
5. High self-priming ability; no need for a bottom valve, can directly suck liquids.
6. The pump is reversible, allowing the liquid flow direction to be changed by the pump's rotation, suitable for pipeline flushing in both directions.
7. Smooth operation, low vibration and noise.
8. Simple structure, easy for disassembly and maintenance.
This pump is widely used in chemical, brewing, papermaking, and food industries.
Section 3: I-1B Series Thick Paste Pump Structure and Material Type:
I-1B Series Thick Paste Pumps: Shell castings, drive components (main shaft, screw, and shaft winding) are made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, suitable for general neutral thick paste liquid transfer, and general acidic or alkaline paste liquid transfer.
I-1BF series thick slurry pumps: Both the transmission parts and the pump housing in contact with the slurry are made of stainless steel, suitable for conveying food, chemicals, and corrosive slurries.
Rubber bushes are available in general wear-resistant rubber, food-grade rubber, and oil-resistant rubber for customer selection.
Transmission methods include direct transmission from the motor to the pump shaft, motor transmission to the pump via a reducer, and motor transmission to the pump shaft via a V-belt pulley.
Available electric motors include general enclosed, explosion-proof, and electromagnetic speed-regulated types, along with variable-speed drives and gear reducers for customer selection.
