I-1B Series Thick Slurry Pump Product Overview:
The I-1B series thick slurry pump is a single-screw positive displacement rotary pump. It utilizes the rotation of an eccentric single screw within a double helical sleeve to move thick slurry along the spiral groove from the suction port to the discharge port, thereby achieving the pump's conveying function.
II. I-1B Series Thick Slurry Pumps Product Features:
1. Capable of transporting high concentration, high viscosity suspensions with a viscosity of up to 10,000 PaS and containing particles.
2. Stable liquid flow without overflow, pulsation, agitation, or shearing slurry phenomena.
3. Pressure is independent of speed; high discharge pressure can be maintained at low flow rates.
4. Flow and speed are proportional; flow regulation can be achieved through a variable speed mechanism or a speed control motor.
5. Strong self-priming ability; no need for a bottom valve, directly suctioning liquids.
6. Pumps are reversible, allowing the flow of liquid to be changed by adjusting the pump's rotation direction, suitable for applications requiring bidirectional flushing in pipelines.
7. Smooth operation, low vibration, and minimal noise.
8. Simple structure, easy for disassembly and maintenance.
This pump is widely used in industries such as chemical, brewing, papermaking, and food processing.
Section III, I-1B Series Thick Slurry Pumps: Structure and Material Forms
I-1B Series Thick Paste Pumps: Shell castings, drive components (main shaft, screw, and shaft winding) are made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, suitable for general neutral thick paste liquid transportation, as well as general slightly acidic and alkaline paste liquid transportation.
I-1BF series thick slurry pumps: Both the drive components and the pump housing in contact with the slurry are made of stainless steel, suitable for conveying food, chemicals, and corrosive slurry.
Rubber bushes are available in general wear-resistant rubber, food-grade rubber, and oil-resistant rubber for customer selection.
Transmission methods include direct transmission between the motor and pump shaft, motor transmission to the pump via a reducer, and motor transmission to the pump shaft via a V-belt pulley.
Available electric motors include general enclosed, explosion-proof, and electromagnetic speed-regulating types, along with stepless speed changers and gear reducers for customer selection.
