
An air-operated fluoroelastomer diaphragm pump is a novel conveying machinery powered by compressed air, suitable for various corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, explosive, and highly toxic liquids. The pump is encased in HT200 cast iron, boasting excellent physical properties, and lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (F46), making it applicable to any acid, alkali, and various organic solvents except molten alkali salts, with a wide range of applications.
Operating Principle
The pneumatic fluorine-lined diaphragm pump distributes air through the reciprocating motion of the valve, driving the diaphragm to compress and convey the medium, achieving the working principle of a positive displacement pump. Its operation process is similar to that of a plunger pump, and due to the unique characteristics of the diaphragm pump, it boasts advantages such as not overheating, not generating electrical sparks, and being able to handle liquids containing particles, and having low shear force on the material.

Energy-saving and environmental protection: Can be started under low pressure using ordinary clean industrial gas or instrument gas, saving more than 30% of gas consumption during normal transportation conditions.
