Its working principle utilizes the screw meshing principle, where rotating screws mesh within the pump housing, encapsulating the medium being conveyed within the meshing cavity and continuously and uniformly pushing it along the screw's axial direction to the discharge outlet, providing the system with stable pressure.
Application Scenario
The 3QGB Insulating Asphalt Three-Screw Pump is widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical fiber, metallurgy, machinery, electricity, machine tools, ships, glass, and highways. It is suitable for conveying various non-corrosive oils and similar lubricating liquids, such as fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, heavy oil, asphalt, etc. High-viscosity media can be transported after heating to reduce viscosity, with a temperature not exceeding 350°C.
Structural Features
This pump is primarily composed of the pump body, screw, pump sleeve, installation valve, front and rear covers, and shaft end sealing device. The pump body features a hollow sandwich design, which can be used to heat and insulate the conveyed liquid and the pump with thermal oil, steam, hot water, etc. It boasts excellent sealing performance, utilizing mechanical seals. Different materials are chosen based on the medium. For high-viscosity media, hard alloy materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance are selected to ensure optimal sealing performance under high temperatures.
Performance Parameters
The 3QGB Insulating Asphalt Three-Screw Pump has a flow range of 0.2-600 m³/h and a working pressure of up to 6.3 MPa. The viscosity range of the fluid it transfers is typically 3.0-760 mm²/s (1.2-100oE), suitable for transporting high-viscosity media. The pump's inlet and outlet directions are usually right-in-left-out, but can be adjusted to left-in-right-out as per customer requirements.
