Structure of Gas Boilers
Burner
The construction of the gas burner consists of the following 5 systems:
1. Air Supply System. The function of the air supply system is to deliver air of a certain wind speed and volume into the combustion chamber. Its main components include: housing, fan motor, fan impeller, air gun flame tube, air door controller, air door baffle, cam adjustment mechanism, and diffuser disk.
2. Ignition System. The function of the ignition system is to ignite the mixture of air and fuel, with its main components including: ignition transformer, ignition electrode, and high-voltage ignition cable. A relatively safe type of ignition system is the electronic pulse igniter, widely used by manufacturers like Zhuoyi Energy-Saving Gas Boilers. It is convenient and time-saving, requiring only a finger press to operate, and boasts high safety. It prevents accidents caused by accidental extinguishing, as the control system can promptly close the solenoid valve and shut off the gas supply in case of a flame-out.
3. Monitoring System. Its function is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the burner, with main components including flame monitors, pressure monitors, and temperature monitors, etc.
4. Fuel System. The function of the fuel system is to ensure the supply of fuel required for the burner's combustion. The fuel system of oil burners primarily includes: fuel pipes and connectors, fuel pumps, solenoid valves, nozzles, heavy oil preheaters. Gas burners mainly have filters, regulators, solenoid valve arrays, ignition solenoid valve arrays, and fuel butterfly valves.
5. Electrical Control System. The electrical control system serves as the command and coordination center for the aforementioned systems, primarily controlled by programmable controllers. Different programmable controllers are paired with various burners, with common types including the LFL series, LAL series, LOA series, and LGB series. The main difference lies in the varying time intervals of the program steps. [1]

2. The image animation displays the water level, heating, pump valve, and alarm statuses, making the boiler operation clear at a glance.
3. CPU intelligent central processor, all programs integrated on a single digital chip, with strong expandability, high level of automation, easy operation, and powerful functions.
4. Equipped with multiple control functions such as time setting, temperature setting, pump valve setting, continuous setting, timing setting, and pressure setting, allowing for any working state to be set.
5. Equipped with low water level alarms (anti-dry burn protection), high water temperature alarms, high pressure alarms, and various alarm functions with interlock protection capabilities (shutdown), to eliminate potential safety hazards.
6. Detailed self-diagnosis, record-keeping, and easy maintenance checks.

Categories of Gas Boilers
Gas boilers can be categorized by fuel type into natural gas boilers, city gas boilers, coke oven gas boilers, liquefied petroleum gas boilers, and biogas boilers, among others; by function into KS-Q gas water boilers, CLHS/CWNS gas hot water boilers (including gas heating boilers and gas bathing boilers), LHS/WNS gas steam boilers, etc.; by structure into vertical gas boilers and horizontal gas boilers; and by flue gas flow into single-loop gas boilers and triple-loop gas boilers. Features of Gas Boilers
1. Large font displays water temperature, easy to monitor the boiler and system operation. Water temperature can be set freely from 10℃ to 90℃, the boiler automatically heats the system or provides hot water for domestic and bathing use.
2. The control system regulates the start and stop of the circulating pump based on the boiler water temperature. The hot water circulating pump activates when the boiler water temperature reaches the set upper limit, and it stops when the temperature falls below the set lower limit.
3. The horizontal gas-fired hot water boiler features a three-pass full-wet back structure, utilizing a large furnace and thick flue tubes to increase the radiation heat absorption of the furnace, effectively achieving energy saving and cost reduction. The use of threaded flue tubes and corrugated furnace tubes greatly enhances the heat transfer efficiency, significantly reducing fuel consumption.
4. The unit is equipped with overheat protection (the burner will automatically stop working and sound an alarm when the water temperature inside the furnace exceeds the high limit), secondary overheat protection (the secondary circuit will automatically be cut off when the boiler shell temperature exceeds 105℃), dry burn and water shortage protection (the boiler will stop working and sound an alarm when the water level is below the extremely low level), and electric leakage protection (the power supply will be automatically cut off if the control system detects electrical leakage or a short circuit).
5. Boilers are designed with atmospheric pressure structure, ensuring the boiler is in a non-pressurized state, completely free of safety hazards. They feature advanced centrifugal glass wool insulation and are encased in high-quality, white color steel plates for exterior packaging, resulting in minimal heat loss and aesthetic resistance to rust.
