Classification of Gas Boilers
Gas boilers can be categorized by fuel type as natural gas boilers, city gas boilers, coking gas boilers, liquefied petroleum gas boilers, and biogas boilers, etc.; by function as KS-Q gas water boilers, CLHS/CWNS gas hot water boilers (including gas heating boilers and gas bathing boilers), LHS/WNS gas steam boilers, etc.; by structure as vertical gas boilers and horizontal gas boilers; and by flue gas flow as single-pass gas boilers and triple-pass gas boilers. [1]
Features of Gas Boilers
1. Large font display of water temperature for easy monitoring of boiler and system operation. Water temperature can be freely set from 10℃ to 90℃, with the boiler automatically heating the system or providing hot water for domestic and bathing use.
2. The control system manages the start and stop of the circulating pump based on the water temperature in the furnace. The hot water circulating pump activates when the water temperature reaches the set upper limit, and it stops when the temperature falls below the set lower limit.
3. The horizontal gas-fired hot water boiler features a three-pass full-wet back structure. It utilizes a large furnace and thick flue tubes to increase the radiant heat absorption in the furnace, effectively saving energy and reducing consumption. The use of threaded flue tubes and corrugated furnace pots significantly enhances the heat transfer efficiency, greatly reducing fuel consumption.
4. The entire unit is equipped with overheat protection (the burner automatically shuts off and emits an alarm when the internal water temperature exceeds a high limit), secondary overheat protection (the secondary circuit is automatically cut off when the boiler shell temperature exceeds 105℃), dry-burn and water shortage protection (the boiler shuts off and an alarm sounds when the water level is below extremely low), and electrical leakage protection (the power supply is automatically cut off if the control system detects electrical leakage or a short circuit).
5. Boilers are designed with atmospheric pressure structure, ensuring the boiler is in a non-pressurized state, completely safe with no risk. They feature advanced multi-layered insulation with centrifugal glass wool and are externally packaged with high-quality white color steel plates, offering minimal heat loss and aesthetic resistance to rust. Well-designed
Horizontal internal combustion triple reciprocating full wet back design with 100% corrugated furnace tube. Excellent thermal expansion properties. Integrated water包围fire design with ample heating surface area and rational structural arrangement, ensuring high efficiency of the boiler.
High Efficiency and Energy Saving: Steam and hot water boiler series with thermal efficiency between 90%-95%. The large combustion chamber, combined with reasonable structural arrangement, allows for more heat to be transferred into the water, greatly enhancing the heat-exchange capability between fuel-steam and fuel-hot water.
Meets environmental protection standards: Large combustion chamber for optimal radiant heating, combined with high-quality and reliable imported burners to ensure complete combustion of fuel, significantly reducing harmful emissions in flue gas. Our fuel (gas) steam and hot water boilers have been tested by authorized departments and meet national environmental protection standards, making them ideal eco-friendly products.
Superior Configuration: Equipped with world-renowned burners, an advanced control system (main components are imported), valves, and pumps all use top-quality national products. The excellent boiler accessory configuration provides a strong guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the boiler.
Fully Automatic Operation: Simply press the start button, and the boiler will operate according to the set program. Load reduction, water supply, and other functions are all fully automatic, requiring no constant supervision.
Maintenance and repair are convenient: The boiler is equipped with movable ash box doors at both front and back, with observation and inspection holes at the rear, allowing for easy access to the furnace chamber for inspection and cleaning. Manholes are provided on the boiler body, with the structural design taking into account the ease of future maintenance and repair.
