Quick-installation internal combustion three-pass fire-tube steam boiler. Features an offset furnace tube wet-back structure. High-temperature flue gases sequentially pass through the second and third pass smoke tubes, then exit through the rear smoke chamber and chimney. The boiler is equipped with removable front and rear smoke box lids for easy maintenance. The boiler is equipped with high-performance technical devices, utilizing advanced technologies such as automatic proportional adjustment, automatic water regulation, programmable start/stop, and fully automatic operation. It also features automatic protection functions such as high and low water level alarms, extremely low water level, over-pressure, and flameout. This model boiler boasts compact structure, reliability, easy and quick operation, low pollution, low noise, and high efficiency.

1. The overall structure of this gas-fired steam boiler is rational, compact, and belongs to the island type, meeting the quick assembly and factory shipment requirements. The product is composed of three main parts upon shipment: the boiler main unit, chimney, and piping. The main unit and chimney sections are already completed in the factory. The piping valves and instruments matched with the main unit are pre-installed. Upon arrival at the site, simply connect the main unit and chimney, and then the power, gas, and water supply lines can be connected for trial operation. This significantly reduces the cycle time and ensures the quality of the product.
2. The boiler design features advanced performance. The main boiler body is an integrated structure, with the assembly located on the front smoke box cover, primarily arranging the heating surface and compartment sections. It boasts a reasonable and compact structure, low steel consumption, and uses an offset corrugated furnace body. The insulation layer is made of a new type of lightweight heat-insulating material, the outer packaging is made of colored thin plates, and the shape of the packaging is rectangular.
The boiler boasts superior performance, weight, structural dimensions, and aesthetics compared to domestically produced counterparts of the same capacity. The water supply equipment is integrated into the boiler's base on the right side, making it a single unit with the main body, eliminating the need for an additional foundation.
