JP20-C Type Hand Operated Pressure Tester
A precision hydraulic press is a versatile machine with wide applications and high production efficiency. It is extensively used in processes such as cutting, punching, blanking, bending, riveting, and forming. By applying strong pressure to metal blanks, the metal undergoes plastic deformation and fracture to be processed into parts.
Manual pressure presses are primarily used for the disassembly of fasteners like gears and sleeve bushes, as well as for correcting deformed parts. They are widely applied in industries such as product assembly and maintenance.
The manual press consists of a frame, worktable, pads, and a hydraulic head. The worktable is elevated by a hoisting device on the beam and moves along the frame's columns, which are supported by brackets. The hydraulic head mounted on the bottom surface of the frame beam is composed of internal oil channels, an external oil reservoir, cylinders, and two plunger pumps with different functions, forming a relatively complete hydraulic system. The assembly is compact, requires no power, and the pressure processing task is completed manually.
