Principle of Operation
Using high-pressure gas generated by a compressor, the compressed gas is transported through pipes to the solenoid valve. The action of the solenoid valve is controlled by a foot switch to regulate the cylinder's operation and return, thereby achieving the purpose of piercing. Compressed air can be stored in a gas storage tank for easy access, thus eliminating energy waste from idling motors. By using the cylinder as the working component and the solenoid valve as the control element, the machine's structure is simplified, resulting in lower failure rates, higher safety, easier maintenance, lower repair costs, and higher production efficiency. Control of the solenoid valve is achieved using a 220V power source, making operation simple and convenient.
