Hydrogenation reactors are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, rubber, pesticides, dyes, food, and more. The working principle of a hydrogenation reactor involves high-speed stirring to thoroughly mix hydrogen, catalysts, and materials, achieving rapid reaction effects.

Agitator Blades: In a high-pressure hydrocracking reactor, the solid-liquid-gas three-phase mixture is crucial, and the uniformity of hydrogen mixing is the key to the reaction. To accelerate the mixing of hydrogen, generally, the following three methods are adopted:
1. The hydrogenation reactor typically features a vessel bottom equipped with a gas distributor, where hydrogen is evenly distributed from the bottom up through the distributor for thorough mixing with the material.
2. Our company uses a self-priming agitator blade, which operates on the principle of creating a vacuum zone around the agitator due to high rotation speed. The hydrogen gas at the top of the reactor is drawn into the material interior through the hollow shaft and the self-priming blade under the force of pressure difference. In the high-speed rotation, it is thrown into the material to form bubbles, achieving thorough mixing.
