Hydrogenation reactors are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticides, dyes, and food. The working principle of a hydrogenation reactor is to achieve rapid reaction effects by mixing hydrogen, catalysts, and materials thoroughly through high-speed stirring.

Agitator Blades: In a high-pressure hydrocracking reactor, solid-liquid-gas三相 mixing takes place, and the uniformity of hydrogen mixing is crucial for the reaction. To accelerate hydrogen mixing, generally, the following three methods are adopted:
1. The general structure of a hydrogenation reactor includes a reactor body with a gas distributor at the bottom. Hydrogen flows through the distributor from the bottom up to thoroughly mix with the material.
2. Our company uses a self-priming agitator blade, which operates on the principle of creating a vacuum zone around the agitator blade due to high-speed rotation. The hydrogen at the top of the reaction vessel is drawn into the material interior through the hollow shaft and the self-priming impeller under the action of pressure difference. In the high-speed rotation, it is ejected into the material to form bubbles, thereby achieving thorough mixing.
