Hydrogenation reactors are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, rubber, pesticides, dyes, food, and more. The working principle of a hydrogenation reactor involves high-speed stirring to thoroughly mix hydrogen, catalysts, and materials, achieving rapid reaction effects.

Agitator Blade: In a high-pressure hydrocracking reactor, a solid-liquid-gas three-phase mixture occurs, and the uniformity of hydrogen mixing is crucial to the reaction. To accelerate hydrogen mixing, the following three methods are generally employed:
1. The hydrogenation reactor typically features a vessel bottom equipped with a gas distributor, where hydrogen is mixed thoroughly with the material from bottom to top through the distributor.
2. Our company uses a self-priming propeller, which operates by creating a vacuum zone around the propeller at high speeds. The hydrogen at the top of the reaction kettle is drawn into the material interior through the hollow shaft by the self-priming propeller, under the force of the pressure difference. It is then ejected into the material at high speed, forming bubbles, to achieve thorough mixing.
