Refined Quartz Sand: Made from high-quality quartz stone through a series of processes including selection, coarse crushing, magnetic separation to remove iron, acid washing, drying, coarse and fine grinding, shaping, and screening. Annual production is 20,000 tons, with SiO2 content of ≥99.5-99.9% and Fe2O3 content of ≤0.01-0.05%.

Particle size range: 2-200 mesh, available for custom particle size production, with a white crystalline appearance.

Main Applications: Production of fused quartz, precision casting, abrasive for grinding wheels, high-grade glass products, refractory materials, etc.
