The working principle of an integrated precast pump station involves feeding the liquid level information from pressure sensors or float balls back to the control system, which then adjusts the operation of the pump's on/off based on pre-set parameters in the control system. When the liquid level in the glass fiber reinforced plastic integrated precast pump station reaches the pump level set by the system, the control system activates the pump station's pump to pump wastewater from the station to the municipal wastewater pipeline outlet; when the wastewater pump falls below the system-set liquid level, the system repeatedly controls the wastewater lift pump station to stop operating.
Today, the application of integrated pre-fabricated pumping stations is becoming more and more widespread. From agricultural irrigation to wastewater discharge and even to sponge city construction, it is evident that integrated pre-fabricated pumping stations will contribute to wastewater treatment!
