An integrated precast pump station is a complete set of equipment, consisting of a vertical shaft, pumps, internal pipelines, valves, and level control.
The planning and design of the sewage pumping station should be determined by the recent sewage volume, and the cylinder specifications of the prefabricated pump station should be selected based on the flow rate size. The diameter of the barrel can meet the requirements.
2. In a分流drainage system, the rainwater pump house and the wastewater pump house can be separately located in different directions within the courtyard, or they can be combined in a single structure. However, the wastewater lift pump, collection pond, and pipelines should form an independent system.
3. Clarify whether the wastewater pumping station is to be constructed in one phase or in phases to determine its specifications and facilities. After being lifted by the pumping station, the wastewater will be returned to the canals and treatment plants, and the orientation of the wastewater pumping station should be selected.
4. When the sump of an integrated precast pump station and the machine room are in the same building, the sump and machine room should be separated by a waterproof partition to prevent leakage. The construction method complies with the requirements of structural design specifications; there should be a certain construction gap between the separate sump and machine to prevent uneven settlement, with the sump typically being circular and the machine room square.
5. Be mindful of minimizing the impact on the surrounding environment. Adapt to local conditions and maintain a certain distance between the pumping station and residential buildings and other public structures. The pumping station compound must be landscaped and surrounded by a buffer zone.
6. Location Status: Primarily assesses groundwater hydrological conditions, whether the soil requires drilling, and if the pump station needs to bear loads.
