A side tee manifold valve is a device used in material conveying systems to control the rapid directional change of materials, widely applied in industries such as construction materials, metallurgy, mining, light industry, and grain. It is mainly composed of the valve body, valve shaft, valve plate, crank mechanism, and driving units (such as pneumatic push rods, electric actuators, etc.). The valve plate is moved by the driving units to achieve a quick shift in the material flow direction.
Working Principle
The lateral three-way manifold valve is driven by an electric push rod, electro-hydraulic push rod, pneumatic push rod, or manual mechanism, which causes the valve plate to swing, thereby achieving a quick change in material flow direction. Specifically, the straight reciprocating motion of the electric or hydraulic push rod is transmitted through a crank mechanism to swing the valve shaft and valve plate, thereby controlling the direction of material flow.
Application Scenario
The side tee manifold valve is suitable for conveying solid particles and powdered materials, widely used in industries such as construction materials, metallurgy, mining, light industry, and grain. Due to its small size, light weight, excellent wear resistance, long service life, and low resistance, it is an ideal device for quickly reversing the flow of materials in material conveying systems.
