The pneumatic bell-shaped ash discharging valve is a device used for dust removal and ash discharge in blast furnaces, featuring the following main characteristics and functions:
Structural Features: The pneumatic bell-shaped deslagging valve consists mainly of the valve body, pneumatic actuator, sealing parts, and valve seat. It features an offset structure that allows for instantaneous full-position opening of the passage area, achieving balanced flow resistance. When closed, it shuts off instantly, reducing dust and gas dispersion and shortening the time of dust retention on the sealing surface, thereby extending the service life of the sealing parts._
Principle of Operation: The pneumatic bell-shaped ash discharging valve is actuated by a pneumatic mechanism, enabling the conical valve plug to perform opening and closing actions. Suitable for applications requiring automatic control and remote operation.
Application Scenarios: Widely used in coal chemical, petrochemical, rubber, papermaking, and other pipelines as a device for分流/合流 or flow direction switching of the medium. Suitable for systems under high pressure and large diameter conditions, reducing the number of valve body connecting bolts and enhancing the reliability of the valve.
Technical Parameters: Nominal Diameter DN150-600, Nominal Pressure 0.6MPa, Operating Temperature Range ≤150~350°C. Suitable for ash, coal, powder, and other mediums.
Maintenance & Service: Pneumatic bell-type ash unloading valve equipped with a manhole for easy maintenance or replacement of internal wearing parts during shutdown.
