NFICON has taken another step forward in leak detection with the launch of the HLD6000 refrigerant leak detector. INFICON has set new standards in the industry for ease of operation, reproducibility of measurement results, and integration with local networks.
The newly launched suction probe is compact and ergonomically designed, significantly enhancing leak detection efficiency. Additionally, the HLD6000 is equipped with a touch screen display for直观ly displaying measurement data, making it more user-friendly compared to the previous HLD5000 model. The HLD6000 leak detector boasts diverse data transmission capabilities, leading the series. It also offers USB interfaces, optional I/O modules, and optional fieldbus modules for data collection, usage, and integration with local networks.

Compact, lightweight, and space-saving
A compact structure suction probe ensures high leak detection efficiency. The HLD6000 suction probe combines compactness, lightness, and ergonomic design. Equipped with 2 LED indicator lights on the suction nozzle, it significantly reduces the difficulty of leak detection in low-light areas, enabling more precise leak location. Operators can determine if the leak rate exceeds the standard by observing the blinking of the indicator lights. The color LED status indicator constantly displays the leak detector's operational readiness, measurement operation status, whether the leak rate exceeds the standard, any operation errors, and alarm status.
Touchscreen Display
The brand-new human-machine interface features an intuitive menu navigation system for effortless operation. The leakage rate trend chart is displayed on the front panel for a clear view, enhancing leak detection efficiency.
Diverse Data Transmission Solutions
The HLD6000 offers multiple analog and digital interfaces via optional I/O modules. The optional fieldbus module allows for integration of the HLD6000 with the local network. Measurement data can be transferred to a connected USB flash drive (U盘) via the USB interface.
High Reliability
The HLD6000 utilizes an infrared sensor, known for its long lifespan, high sensitivity, and rapid response, specifically designed for refrigerant detection. In addition, the HLD6000's dual intake port system is technologically advanced, capable of minimizing false alarms by frequently comparing baseline concentrations and measured airflows.
