A dual ball valve is an industrial pipeline control device that achieves fluid control through the collaborative operation of two spheres, featuring dual-cutting and discharge functions, and is widely used in the oil, chemical, metallurgy, and other fields.
Structural Features
Utilizing a three-piece structure, the main materials include carbon steel and stainless steel, with a sealing material of polytetrafluoroethylene composite. The operating temperature range is from -20°C to 250°C. The valve body is designed in either long or short styles to accommodate various installation requirements. Operation supports manual, pneumatic, and other forms.
Function and Application
Dual Shutoff Function: Both spheres can be opened or closed simultaneously for rapid release and sealing.
Emission Design: Equipped with an exhaust valve (needle type stop valve) inside the valve chamber, the medium can be completely exhausted.
Sealing Performance: Utilizes bidirectional sealing structure, fluid direction does not affect installation.
Material and Pressure
Nominal pressure range: 1.6MPa to 4.0MPa, with flange or welded connections, suitable for temperatures from -29℃ to 150℃. Sealing pairs are made of hard alloy surfacing, offering wear resistance and high-temperature tolerance.
