A flanged welding ball valve is a valve that connects the valve body to the ball by welding, and is connected to the pipeline using a flanged structure. Its core feature is the combination of welding technology with flanged connection, suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive medium applications.

Structural Features

The valve body and ball are welded together to form an integral structure, eliminating the risk of external leakage. The valve stem is designed with explosion-proof features and equipped with a leak-proof sealing structure. This design ensures both sealing integrity and enhances the valve's stability under pressure and temperature fluctuations.

Material and Applicable Scenarios

Valve bodies are available in carbon steel or stainless steel (such as 304/316 grades), with the ball made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Suitable for applications in oil, chemical, natural gas, and heating pipelines, the operating temperature range is from -29°C to +200°C.

Sealed design

Utilizing metal valve seats paired with polymer seals (such as PTFE, RTFE, etc.), combined with spring pre-loading design, it reduces leakage risk in low-temperature conditions and minimizes torque during operation.

Operation Method

Supports handles, gears (vertical/horizontal), electric, and worm drive. Rotation by 90° completes the opening or closing action, offering easy operation and quick response.
