A full-welded ball valve with double venting is a device used for pipeline medium release detection and safety control, featuring a full-welded structure, dual venting design, and various driving methods.
Structural Features
The structure utilizes full welding to eliminate leakage risks associated with flange connections, enhancing sealing. Equipped with dual venting devices, it can simultaneously release pipe pressure, improving emergency response capabilities. The valve body is typically made of carbon steel or stainless steel, suitable for a temperature range of -29℃ to +200℃.
Features and Applications
When the valve is fully open or closed, the sealing performance can be tested through the bleed plug. Suitable for urban gas, centralized heating, and industrial pipeline systems, it supports flange or welding connections, and the pressure ratings cover 1.6-6.4 MPa.
