The Natural Gas Forged Steel Double Blow-Off Ball Valve is a specialized valve used in natural gas pipeline systems, featuring a double blow-off structure and forged steel material. It is primarily used for medium discharge and pressure control during pipeline maintenance, ensuring operational safety.
Structural characteristics
Forged from materials like carbon steel ST37.0, A106-B, the valve body is directly welded to the pipeline, eliminating external leakage risks. The dual vent design is positioned on either side of the valve stem, allowing excess medium to be released in both fully open and fully closed positions, reducing pipeline pressure and ensuring maintenance safety.
Features and Applications
Suitable for urban gas, natural gas trunk and branch pipelines, and centralized heating systems, it features flexible switching, low operating torque. Its sealing performance can be tested through the exhaust function; if the exhaust from one side cannot be stopped, there may be a risk of valve seat leakage.
Standard of Execution
Compliant with standards GB/T 12237-2007 (Structural Length) and GB/T 9113-2000 (Flange Standard), working pressure range 1.6~6.4 MPa, and working temperature up to 200°C.
