I. Product Introduction
The ADGZJI-1 flame arrester is a safety device installed in channels conveying and discharging combustible gases, designed to prevent flames from spreading through the pipeline due to backfire. It is primarily composed of a flame arrester element, housing, gaskets, and connecting parts.
ADGZJI-1 Explosion-Proof Type Fire Extinguisher is cast, featuring a compact structure and easy disassembly.
II. Working Principle
The core of the ADGZJI-1 flame arrester is a corrugated flame arrester plate, composed of stainless steel material with numerous tiny channels or gaps that can pass through gases. The requirement is for the gaps or channels in the corrugated flame arrester plate to be as small as possible. Therefore, when the flame enters the flame arrester, it is divided into many fine flame streams by the flame arresting elements. Due to the heat transfer effect (gas is cooled) and wall effect, the flame streams are extinguished.
