I. Product Introduction

The ADGZJI-2 explosion-suppressing flame arrester is a safety device installed in the channels for conveying and discharging combustible gases, designed to prevent flames from spreading through the pipeline due to backfire. It is primarily composed of a flame arrester layer, housing, gaskets, and connecting parts.

The ADGZJI-2 explosion-proof flame arrester is a welded design with a large cylinder diameter, low pressure drop, high reliability, and easy disassembly.

Section 2: Working Principle

The core of the ADGZJI-2 flame arrester is a corrugated flame arrester plate, made of stainless steel material with numerous tiny channels or gaps that allows gas passage. The requirement is for the gaps or channels in the corrugated flame arrester plate to be as small as possible. Consequently, upon the flame entering the flame arrester, it is divided into numerous small flame streams by the flame arresting elements. Due to the heat transfer effect (gas cooling) and wall effect, the flame streams are extinguished.
