I. Product Overview
The ADGZJII-1 flame arrester is a safety device installed in the channels for conveying and discharging combustible gases, designed to prevent the spread of flames into the pipeline due to backfire. It is primarily composed of a flame arrester element, housing, gaskets, and connecting parts.
ADGZJII-1 explosion suppression fire extinguisher is cast, featuring a compact structure and easy disassembly.
Section 2: Working Principle
The core of the ADGZJII-1 explosion-suppressing fire arrester is a corrugated flame arrester plate, made of a stainless steel material with numerous small channels or gaps that allows gas to pass through. The requirement is for the gaps or channels in the corrugated flame arrester plate to be as small as possible. Therefore, when the flame enters the fire arrester, it is divided into many fine flame streams by the flame-retarding element. Due to the heat transfer effect (cooling of the gas) and the wall effect, the flame streams are extinguished.
