I. Product Introduction
The ADGZJII-2 explosion-proof flame arrester is a safety device installed in the ducts for conveying and discharging combustible gases, designed to prevent flame propagation and spread through the pipeline due to backfire. It is primarily composed of a flame arrester element, housing, gaskets, and connecting parts.
ADGZJII-2 explosion-proof flame arrester is a welded construction with a large cylinder diameter, low pressure drop, high reliability, and easy disassembly.
Section 2: Working Principle
The core of the ADGZJII-2 explosion-suppressing flame arrester is the corrugated flame arrester plate, made of a type of stainless steel material that allows gas passage and features numerous tiny channels or gaps. The requirement is for the gaps or channels in the corrugated flame arrester plate to be as small as possible. Consequently, when the flame enters the flame arrester, it is divided into many small flame streams by the flame arrester elements. Due to the heat transfer effect (gas cooling) and wall effect, the flame streams are extinguished.
