I. Product Introduction
The ADGZDI flame arrester is a safety device installed at the end of pipelines for conveying and discharging combustible gases, designed to prevent flames from spreading into the pipeline due to backfire. It is primarily composed of a flame arrester element, housing, gaskets, and connecting parts.
The ADGZDI pipe-end flame arrester is cast, featuring a compact structure and easy disassembly.
II. Working Principle
The core of the ADGZDI flame arrester is the corrugated flame arrester plate, made of a type of stainless steel material that allows gases to pass through, featuring numerous tiny channels or gaps. The requirement is for the gaps or channels in the corrugated flame arrester plate to be as small as possible. Consequently, upon the entry of flames into the arrester, the flame-retarding elements divide the flames into numerous small flame streams. Due to the heat transfer effect (gas cooling) and the wall effect, the flame streams are extinguished.
