Pipe straight-through sight glasses, also commonly referred to as four-way sight glasses, are one of the main accessories on industrial pipeline equipment. They allow for real-time observation of the flow and reaction of liquids, gases, steam, and other media within the pipeline, monitoring production and preventing accidents during the manufacturing process. They are frequently used in production pipelines for oil, chemical, and synthetic fiber industries.

Four: Maintenance and Care
1. Pipe direct vision sight glasses are used for observing the flow reactions of liquids, gases, steam, and other media; the viewing window glass should remain clean and dust-free.
2. Window glass is a fragile part; handle the mirrors with care during installation. The mirror base should be flat and smooth, and the sealing gasket between the glass and the base should be installed flat, without damage and free of grease. Before tightening the screws, ensure the mirror base and cover are properly aligned, then tighten the screws diagonally slowly.
3. Glass has certain limitations in temperature and pressure resistance; please strictly adhere to the specifications provided in the instruction manual.
4. Allow for rapid temperature changes below 60°C; glass may crack due to excessive temperature differences.
