I. Product Introduction
The SQJ Immersion Gas-Water Heater is a new and efficient water heater that directly injects steam into the water, quickly heating it. It can also be linked with temperature and water level controls, making it an automatic hot water preparation system.

The SQJ Immersion Gas Water Mixer is equivalent to directly introducing steam into water, overcoming fundamental defects such as excessive noise, unstable heating, and cold-hot water separation.
1. Silent and vibration-free: The SQJ type mixer utilizes an internal swirl noise-reduction structure, ensuring low noise and no vibration.
2. High thermal efficiency: Steam is directly introduced into the water, with no heat loss due to condensate removal, and the thermal energy dissolves in the water.

III. Working Principle
The immersion soda mixer is made of full stainless steel, featuring a nozzle with fine slanted holes inside. Steam is rapidly sprayed into the housing from the nozzle, exerting a strong suction effect on the surrounding cold water. The cold water enters the mixer through slanted holes on the outer wall and rapidly mixes with steam for full heat exchange. The high-speed steam spirals upwards within the housing. The rotating steam-water mixture absorbs steam functionality and reduces noise. Simultaneously, the heated water continuously exits the housing surface, driving water flow around the mixer, thereby heating the entire water tank.

IV. Installation and Usage
The SQJ Immersion Soda Mixers are flanged for easy installation.
The heater should be installed in the middle of the water tank. When multiple units are used in parallel, they should be evenly arranged.
2. Heater bottom to water tank bottom: 400mm or less.
3. The steam pipes introduced into the water tank should be secured first; there should be no loose conditions.
4. Non-return valves must be installed close to the steam pipeline to prevent backflow incidents.
5. Filters and relevant valves should also be installed on the steam pipeline.
6. Clean the heater based on water quality conditions.
