I. Product Introduction

The SXQ-type air separator is an accessory for flowmeters, an integrated product for filtering and degassing. It can filter impurities in pipeline liquids and remove gases from the liquid. The product is compact, well-designed, and easy to disassemble and clean, making it an indispensable auxiliary device to ensure the long-term safe operation of liquid flowmeters.

As the liquid flows through the degassing filter, impurities in the liquid are filtered by the filter mesh. The clean liquid enters the inner cavity of the degassing filter, where the contained gases rise to the upper part of the degassing chamber, forming a gas space and an oil-gas interface. As the gas volume increases, the gas space expands continuously, and the liquid level drops. The float, under its own weight, moves down with the liquid level, actuating the linkage mechanism to open the valve. This allows the gas to push the diaphragm, rapidly opening the valve for exhaust. As the gas is expelled, the liquid level rises quickly, and the float rises with it, actuating the linkage mechanism to close the valve, preventing liquid from spilling out. When the gas accumulates to a certain extent again, the exhaust valve opens to expel the gas once more, repeating the cycle. In this way, after filtration and degassing, the medium achieves the separation of oil, gas, and solids. The liquid that exits the degassing filter is clean and free of gases.

II. Product Advantages

1. The SXQ type desiccant filter is manufactured using welding technology, consisting of pipe fittings, main pipes, filter baskets, float ball devices, flanges, flange covers, valves, etc.

2. The SXQ-type degassing filter is equipped with a manual valve for exhaust on the side, an automatic exhaust valve on the top, and a ball valve for protection, facilitating maintenance.

3. The appearance of the degassing filter is treated with shot blasting or polishing. Carbon steel materials require two coats of primer and topcoat.

4. Packaging is统一 done in standard wooden crates.
