I. Product Introduction

To overcome the inconvenience of cleaning existing filters, our company has developed the SSY manual brush filter. This filter eliminates the need to disassemble components such as the filter cylinder and mesh, allowing for direct cleaning of impurities from the filter on the pipeline without shutting down the system or initiating a backup process. It ensures continuous water supply and maintains the quality and quantity of filtered water, providing convenience and efficiency.

The SSY type hand-crank brush filter is primarily composed of components such as the cylinder, end cap, filter cylinder, filter mesh, stainless steel brush with a handle, drain valve, and pressure gauge. The end cap is connected to the cylinder with bolts, the filter cylinder is installed inside the cylinder, and the filter mesh is inside the filter cylinder. There is also a rotating shaft inside the filter mesh, with brushes mounted on it, which are tightly pressed against the filter mesh. The rotating shaft has a crank handle outside the cylinder, and there is a drain valve at the connection between the end cap and the rotating shaft, typically a manual ball valve. When it's necessary to clean the filter mesh of impurities, turn the crank handle to rotate the shaft and brush, which will brush the impurities off the filter mesh. Simultaneously, open the drain valve, and under the pressure of the pipeline medium, the impurities will be discharged through the drain valve, completing the cleaning process.
