I. Product Introduction
Micro-porous filters are a new type of filtering equipment developed domestically and internationally. They can remove particles and bacteria larger than 0.1 micrometers from liquids and gases. They offer high filtration accuracy, fast transition speed, low adsorption, no medium shedding, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and easy operation. They are now widely used as essential equipment in industries such as chemicals, electronics, beverages, fruit wines, biochemical water treatment, and environmental protection.
Stainless Steel Micro-Porous Filter, composed of a pleated micro-porous membrane core and a stainless steel outer cylinder. It is internally equipped with a single-core or multi-core filter core. The filter cylinder is connected with quick-release clamps or quick-opening ring bolts for easy installation and removal of the filter core and cleaning of the filter. The inner surface of the filter is mirror-polished (surface roughness Ra≤0.28μm), ensuring no卫生 blind spots and compliance with FDA and GMP standards.
Section II: Product Advantages
1. The SW type microporous filter boasts high efficiency, low resistance, and large dirt-holding capacity.
2. The SW-type microporous filter features easy operation, high filtration accuracy, low adsorption, no medium shedding, no leakage, and acid and alkali resistance.
3. Based on the working principle and structure of the filtration system, it is convenient and quick to replace the filter core, and the filter housing does not require cleaning, saving labor and time.
4. The appearance of the microporous filter is treated with sandblasting or polishing.
5. Standard wooden boxes are used for uniform packaging.
Section 3: Installation Precautions
Horizontally install, connect the piping according to the valve body's inlet and outlet markings.
Section 4: Filter Core Material Selection
