The new type of spiral bucket elevator rotates the buckets for unloading through the unloading device during discharging, while the rest of the operation maintains the buckets facing upwards (due to gravity) whether in parallel or vertical conveying. It transports materials within a sealed shell by a chain-driven mechanism. It can perform horizontal-vertical-horizontal combined conveying. It allows for single-point or multi-point feeding, and unloading can be achieved through the unloading device at single or multiple points. It is fully enclosed, leak-proof, and non-polluting. Suitable for conveying various powdered and granular materials, as well as non-adhesive substances. The advantages of this equipment include flexible assembly, low driving power consumption due to minimal operating resistance, and almost zero material damage rate. The machine is controlled by PLC with variable frequency speed control, enabling intelligent unattended operation, thus significantly reducing labor costs.
The new conveyor is primarily available in Z-shaped, C-shaped, hybrid, and horizontal configurations, all with the same working principle and features. They are designed for horizontal-to-vertical-to-horizontal conveying of powdery, granular, and small bulk materials. It features a compact structure, minimal footprint, high lifting height, excellent sealing performance, and ensures no material damage. It has a low driving power, is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, and is easy to maintain.
