The new type of spiral bucket elevator discharges material by rotating the bucket through the unloading device during unloading, while the rest of the running parts maintain the bucket with the feeding opening upwards (relying on gravity) during both parallel and vertical conveyance. It transports materials within a sealed housing by driving the bucket with a chain. It can perform horizontal-vertical-horizontal combined conveyance. It can be fed at a single point or multiple points, and unloading is achieved through the unloading device. It is fully enclosed, leak-proof, and non-polluting. Suitable for conveying various powdered and granular materials. The major advantage of this equipment is its flexible composition form. Due to its low running resistance, the driving power consumption is low, and the material damage rate is nearly zero. Using this equipment can improve the quality of grain drying and increase the economic benefits of grain collection and storage units, particularly suitable for conveying from grain drying towers in the Northeast to dry grain silos. The machine uses PLC control with variable frequency speed regulation to achieve intelligent unattended operation, significantly reducing labor costs.
