The YW series non-clogging sewage pumps are a new generation of pump products developed by combining advanced foreign technology with the characteristics of domestic water pumps. They feature energy-saving, anti-tangling, non-clogging, automatic installation, and automatic control. They exhibit exceptional performance in transporting solid particles and long fiber waste.
This series of pumps utilizes a impeller structure and a new type of mechanical seal, capable of transporting fluids containing solids and long fibers. Compared to traditional impellers, the pump's impeller features a single or double passage design, resembling a bend pipe of the same cross-sectional area, offering excellent flow characteristics. Coupled with a well-designed volute, the pump has undergone dynamic and static balancing tests, ensuring no vibration during operation.

Product Features
Single or double-blade impeller structure adopted, significantly enhancing the throughput capacity of debris, capable of passing fibers up to five times the pump's diameter and solid particles with a diameter of approximately 50% of the pump's diameter.
2. The mechanical seal utilizes a new, hard and corrosion-resistant calcium titanate material, enabling the pump to run continuously for over 8,000 hours.
3. Compact overall structure, small size, low noise, energy-efficient, easy to maintain, no need for a pump house, can work submerged in water, significantly reducing construction costs.
4. The pump features a high-precision anti-interference leakage detection sensor in the seal oil chamber, and heat-sensitive elements pre-installed in the stator winding for automatic protection of the water pump motor.
5. Available with an automatic control cabinet to meet customer needs, providing automatic protection for pump leaks, electrical leakage, overload, and overheating, enhancing product quality and reliability.
6. The float switch can automatically control the pump's start and stop according to the required liquid level, requiring no constant supervision, and is extremely convenient to use.
7. The YW series can be equipped with a dual-rail automatic coupling installation system as per customer requirements. This system greatly facilitates installation and maintenance, eliminating the need for personnel to enter the sewage pit.
8. Operates across the full range without overloading the motor.
9. There are two different installation methods: fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.
