Product Overview

This pump combines self-priming and non-clogging waste discharge features. It can operate without a bottom valve or priming water, like a standard clean water self-priming pump, yet it can also suction up waste containing large solid particles, long fibers, sedimentary waste, mineral impurities, feces, and construction wastewater. It reduces the labor intensity for workers, and is easy to use, move, install, and maintain with stable performance.

● Working Conditions

1. Ambient temperature ≤ 45°C, medium temperature ≤ 60°C.

2. Cast iron pump medium pH range: 6~9, stainless steel pump: 1~14.

3. The particle MAX diameter is 60% of the pump bore, and the fiber length is 5 times the bore size.

4. Total impurity weight in the medium should not exceed 15% of the medium's total weight, and the medium's specific gravity should not exceed 1240 kg/m³.
