The WQ Type Submersible Sewage Pump is a new generation of pump products developed based on advanced technology and incorporating the characteristics of domestic pump usage. It boasts features such as energy-saving, anti-entanglement, non-clogging, automatic installation, and automatic control. It exhibits exceptional performance in transporting solid particles and long fiber waste.
This series of pumps utilizes a impeller structure and a new type of mechanical seal, capable of transporting fluids containing solids and long fibers. Compared to traditional impellers, the pump features a single or double-channel design, resembling a bend pipe of the same cross-sectional size, offering excellent flow properties. With a reasonable volute, the pump impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance tests, ensuring the pump runs vibration-free.

1. Utilizing a single or double-blade impeller structure, significantly enhances the throughput capability for debris, allowing passage of fibers up to five times the pump's diameter and solid particles with a diameter of approximately 50% of the pump's diameter.
2. The mechanical seal utilizes a new, hard and corrosion-resistant titanium calcium material, allowing the pump to operate continuously for over 8,000 hours.
3. Compact structure, small size, low noise, energy-saving, easy maintenance; no need for a pump house; operates submerged in water, significantly reducing the project's cost.
4. The pump's seal oil chamber is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference leak detection sensor, and thermal sensitive elements are pre-installed in the stator windings for automatic protection of the water pump motor.
5. Available with an automatic control cabinet to meet customer needs, it provides automatic protection against pump leaks, electrical leaks, overload, and overheating, enhancing the product's performance and reliability.
6. The float switch can automatically control the pump's start and stop according to the required liquid level, requiring no constant supervision, making it extremely convenient to use.
7. The WQ series can be equipped with a dual rail automatic coupling installation system to meet customer needs, which greatly facilitates installation and maintenance, eliminating the need for personnel to enter the sewage pit.
8. Operates across the full range without overloading the motor.
9. There are two different installation methods: Fixed Automatic Coupling Installation System and Mobile Freestyle Installation System.
