CQ Stainless Steel Magnetic Pump is a new type of pump that utilizes the working principle of permanent magnet couplings to achieve contactless torque transmission. As the motor drives the external magnetic steel rotor to rotate, the internal magnetic steel rotor and impeller are synchronously rotated through the action of the magnetic field, thereby accomplishing the transportation of liquid. Since the liquid is enclosed within a stationary isolation sleeve, the magnetic pump achieves a fully enclosed, leak-proof effect, completely solving the issues of leakage, dripping, and spilling that are common in traditional mechanical seal pumps.
Structure Composition
The CQ Stainless Steel Magnetic Pump is primarily composed of the following parts:
Pump Body: Generally made of stainless steel or engineering plastic, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
Impeller: Connected to the internal magnetic rotor, it rotates through magnetic field drive.
Inner Magnetic Steel Assembly: Includes inner magnetic rotor and insulating sleeve, made of non-magnetic material to ensure no magnetic field leakage.
External Magnet Steel Assembly: Includes external magnet rotor and insulation sleeve.
Sliding bearing: Used to support the pump shaft, ensuring smooth operation of the shaft.
Coupling: Connects motor and pump, transferring torque.
Motor: Supplies power to drive the external magnetic rotor rotation._
Operating Principle
The working principle of the CQ stainless steel magnetic pump is achieved through the contactless torque transmission via a permanent magnet coupling. As the motor drives the external magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field penetrates through the air gap and non-magnetic materials, acting on the internal magnetic rotor, causing it to rotate synchronously with the impeller, thereby propelling the fluid flow. Since the fluid is enclosed within the static seal isolation sleeve, the pump achieves a completely leak-free effect.
Application Fields
CQ stainless steel magnetic pumps are widely used in various fields, including:
Chemical: Used for conveying various chemicals and solvents.
Ensure the continuity and safety of the production process.
Petroleum: Suitable for conveying corrosive, flammable, explosive, toxic, and harmful media.
Electronics, food, scientific research, and defense industry sectors.
