Operating Principle
The working principle of the CQ stainless steel magnetic pump is achieved through the contactless torque transmission by a permanent magnet coupling. As the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field penetrates through the air gap and non-magnetic materials, acting on the inner magnetic rotor, causing it to rotate synchronously with the impeller, thereby propelling the fluid flow. Since the fluid is confined within the static seal isolation sleeve, the pump achieves a completely leak-proof effect.
