Operating Principle
Automatic backwashing filter: Once the filter has reached the preset runtime or the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches the preset value, the filter will initiate the backwashing process, which consists of two steps: opening the drain valve on the filter; the actuator moves the valve plate on the filter back and forth, allowing trapped impurities to be flushed out as the medium is blocked. The entire cleaning process takes approximately 10-60 seconds, during which the system is continuously flowing, and the entire operation of the filter is controlled by a control box provided randomly.
Design Features
1. The filtering equipment utilizes a patented internal mechanical structure, enabling a true backflushing function. This effectively removes trapped impurities in the filter mesh, ensuring thorough cleaning with no blind spots and maintains consistent flow without attenuation, thus guaranteeing high filtration efficiency and long service life.
2. Filter equipment is made of materials such as 304, 316L, 2205, and MONEL; wedge-shaped filter mesh, with high strength, precision, and corrosion resistance; ultra-fine filtration up to 25 microns.
3. The filtration equipment, through its self-searching and adaptive functions, achieves automatic backwashing, capable of handling fluctuations in water quality without manual intervention.
4. The filter equipment control system is responsive, accurate, and can flexibly adjust backwash pressure difference and time settings based on different water sources and filtration precision.
5. During the backwashing process, each filter screen group is sequentially backwashed to ensure safe and efficient cleaning of the screens without affecting the others, which continue to filter.
6. Filter equipment uses pneumatic drain valves, with short backwash duration and low water consumption during backwashing, environmentally friendly and economical.
7. The filter equipment is designed with a compact and rational structure, occupying a small area, and is easy to install and move.
8. Filter equipment features minimal wear parts, no consumables, low operation and maintenance costs, and simple operation management.
9. The operating status of the filter equipment is conveniently and intuitively displayed on a touch screen, along with differential pressure and time settings.
