• Product Introduction

The 3A-FC™-H High Efficiency Cake Layer Filter is a standard model from YATALA. Inside the housing, multiple candle tubes are set up, with filter cloth over them for filtering the liquid and solids. Post-filtering, the cake's drying, discharge, and cloth cleaning can all be run automatically. Due to the absence of drive mechanisms, the structure is simple and can accommodate larger filtration areas. Additionally, the critical sealing part of the filter, which is vital for the filter machine, uses YATALA's uniquely developed sealing hoses, achieving a leak-free stable filtration. It is suitable for all industries and features a simple structure with automatic filtration without drive mechanisms.

• Product Principle

The liquid is pumped into the filter for filtration. The filtrate is recovered through each filtrate tube from the filtrate outlet at the top of the filter unit. The filter cake adhered to the filter core is dried by aeration before being recovered from the bottom of the filter unit by reverse blowing gas. Additionally, the filter cake can also be recovered in a slurry form through backwashing. After the filtration process stops, the automatic valve at the bottom of the unit is opened, and the filter cake is expelled from the bottom by reverse blowing gas.
