HS11X-A Threaded Pipeline Backflow Preventer is a safety device designed to prevent backflow contamination of drinking water, featuring a combination design of dual check valves and a drainage pressure relief system to ensure water quality and hygiene safety.
Structure and Principles
The device consists of two check valves and a drainage and pressure relief system, with the upper chamber of the drainage and pressure relief system connected to the inlet end of the check valves. During normal water supply, clean water flows from the primary check valve through the drain to the secondary check valve, where the valve disc closes the drain under the action of pressure difference; when pressure drops or the seal fails, the drain opens to relieve pressure, preventing backflow contamination.
Applicable Scenarios
Suitable for high-rise building water supply systems, fire protection systems, air conditioning water systems, and municipal pipelines; effectively prevents unclean water from reversing flow into the main pipeline.
Features
Double-check valve design: Compact structure, light weight, easy installation and maintenance.
