The HS41X stainless steel anti-pollution check valve is a reverse-check valve installed in pipeline systems to prevent backflow of media, protecting subsequent equipment or media from contamination. It consists of two串联 check valves and a filter component, achieving zero backflow through a dual sealing mechanism.
Material and Structure
The valve body is made of stainless steel, while the valve cover, valve disc, and other components are made of cast iron and ductile iron. The core structure includes two in-series check valves and an intermediate filter component, ensuring a tight seal to prevent backflow of the medium.
Performance Parameters
Nominal Pressure: 1.0-2.5 MPa
Bore Range: 50-600mm
Temperature Range: 0-80℃
Applicable Media: Clean water, gray water, wastewater, etc.
Key Features
Double Sealing: Zero backflow achieved through two check valves and a drain; safety model (HS41X-16-A) includes an additional drain for enhanced anti-backflow capability.
Anti-pollution Design: The filter components can block impurities from entering the subsequent pipeline network.
Low Flow Resistance: Streamlined valve body design reduces fluid resistance.
Application Scenarios
Ideal for high-rise building water supply, fire protection systems, and municipal pipeline networks requiring anti-backflow pollution prevention.
