The Y-type quick-closing check valve DYH41X is a valve assembly installed at the pump outlet, primarily used to prevent backflow of the medium and eliminate water hammer phenomena. It is suitable for industries such as building water supply, petrochemicals, and food processing.

Operating Principle

Upon starting the pump, the valve disc is pushed open by water pressure; upon stopping the pump, the spring drives the valve disc to close rapidly when the water flow approaches zero, preventing backflow without water.

Structural Features

‌Valve Body: Made of cast iron, cast steel, or stainless steel, with a baked paint finish for corrosion resistance and zero-leakage sealing performance.‌

‌Sealing: The seals are made of Nitrile rubber, in compliance with GB/T17241.6 standard.‌

Design: Integrated slow-open and slow-close design with automatic opening and closing, minimal head loss, and adjustable opening pressure.
