
A micro-friction slow-closing silencer check valve is a valve unit used in industrial pipelines, urban water supply and drainage systems, and high-rise building pressurized water supply pump outlets. Its core function is to prevent medium backflow and eliminate water hammer effects, ensuring the safe operation of the pipeline system.
Core Features
By using a staged relief technology (quickly closing 90% and slowly closing 10%), effectively reduces the water hammer impact force during pump shutdown, keeping the water hammer peak within 1.5 times the working pressure.
Structural Features
Compact size: Structure length is only 1/3 to 1/8 of traditional check valves, lightweight (just 1/4 to 1/20 of traditional valves).
Sealing Performance: Equipped with nitrile rubber seals, offering excellent wear resistance, shock absorption, and noise reduction.
Fluid Resistance: More than 30% lower than traditional check valves, significantly reducing energy consumption of the pipeline system.
Applicable Scenarios
Suitable for clean media such as fresh water, wastewater, and seawater, with nominal diameters ranging from DN40 to 2000mm and nominal pressure from 1.0 to 1.6MPa.
