The HC44X rubber check valve (SFCV) is an automatic valve designed for controlling the unidirectional flow of pipeline media. It features an inclined sealing ring design to shorten closing time and reduce water hammer pressure. The core component, the valve disc, is made by high-temperature composite pressing of nitrile rubber and steel plate, offering excellent erosion resistance and sealing properties.

Application Scope

Suitable for pressure ranges of 1.0 to 4 MPa (or 1.0 to 5.0 MPa), operating temperatures from -29 to +80°C, and media including fresh water, oils, and slightly corrosive fluids. Widely used at the outlets of industrial pipelines in water supply and drainage systems, oil, and chemical industries to prevent reverse flow.
