The H742X hydraulic pool bottom sludge valve (piston type) is a liquid-powered sludge removal device specifically designed for the removal of sediment at the bottom of water pools. It consists of components such as the valve body, hydraulic cylinder, piston, valve stem, and valve disc, which are actuated by hydraulic power to achieve opening and closing.
Technical Specifications
Working Pressure: 0.3-1.0 MPa (some models support 1.6 MPa)
Nominal Pipe Size: DN50-500mm
Applicable Water Temperature: 0-80℃
Sealing Material: L-Type Nitrile Rubber
Shut-off/Opening Time: Approximately 1 minute
Operating Principle
Driven by hydraulic cylinders, the pistons move to open or close the valve stem and valve disc, achieving rapid expulsion of silt. Requires remote control with a directional valve or solenoid valve.
Structural Features
The main body is made of HT200 cast iron, with the hydraulic cylinder and cylinder head being either HT200 or 304 stainless steel. The valve plate has high wear resistance and a service life exceeding five years, with a warranty period of 18 months. Quick maintenance is supported, and all units pass the GB/T13927-92 standard pressure test before shipment.
Applicable Scenarios
Ideal for scenarios like water companies and sewage treatment plants that require regular sludge removal, effectively reducing manual maintenance costs.
